Yes. It takes seven working days: you send your items sheet and your branding, you choose a domain from our shortlist, you see a pilot demo, you send your payout details, we do a final demo and clean-up — and on day 7 your store goes live and your apps are submitted.
A few weeks after your store goes live, including App Store and Google Play review. They use the same catalogue as your store, so there is nothing new for you to manage.
