This policy explains what information Olgoo Enterprise Services Inc. ("Olgoo", "we") collects on olgoo.com and in the tools we run, why we collect it, and how we protect it. Olgoo is based at 238 Doris Ave, North York, Ontario M2N 6W1, Canada.

Information you give us

• Contact and project requests. When you use a form such as "Get started", we receive what you type: your email address, your business or channel name, the service you are interested in, and any message.
• Chat. If you use the chat on our site, we receive the messages you send.
• Sign-in. If you sign in with an email link, we use your email address to send the link and to keep you signed in.
• Files you upload for a service you ordered (for example a video to be processed), which we use only to deliver that service.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment; we do not receive or store your card number.

Information collected automatically

• Visit statistics. To count visits and understand which pages are useful, our site records a random session identifier, the pages viewed, the referring page, campaign tags, time on page and how far the page was scrolled. Your IP address is used to count visits and to exclude our own staff from the counts.
• Browser storage. We store small values in your browser (cookies or local storage), such as your language choice and, for our staff, a sign-in token for internal tools.

How we use information

• To answer your request and provide the services you order.
• To run, secure and improve our websites.
• To send you messages about your request or order. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google data and our internal tools

Our internal search-marketing tools connect to Google services with Olgoo's own Google accounts only: Google Search Console (read-only performance data for our own websites) and the Google Ads API (read-only keyword planning data, used to choose the words on our own web pages). These tools are used only by Olgoo staff. Data from Google APIs is used only for that purpose, is not shared with or sold to third parties, and is not used for advertising to individuals. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host and run our services, for example cloud hosting and storage, email delivery and payment processing (Stripe). They process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with access controls and encrypted connections.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
